Purchase of Products

When you purchase a product from us you are required to give billing, shipping and contact information including your name, physical address and email address. We use third party billing companies and the billing information is collected by those third party billing companies and never obtained or retained by WHIZWORX, LLC. That company is prohibited from using our users' personally identifiable information for any other purpose. You must contact the individual billing company directly regarding this information. WHIZWORX, LLC collects and retains the shipping information on a secure server in order to deliver your product and future orders.
